Upon receipt of your unopened order, we will submit your full refund, less the standard shipping as charged by the United States Postal Service. While we do not charge you for shipping, we incur these costs when the items are initially shipped.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. However, in the event that damage does occur, kindly advise us hereof within 7 days of receipt. Any defective units will be replaced without shipment or transportation charges.
