Do I take the applicator out of the container before placing it in the freezer?

No, the applicator should be inside the container when placed in the freezer.

How long should the applicator be in the freezer before using it?

At least two hours. It is best to store it in the freezer, to ensure that it is cold when needed.

Does the treatment hurt?

No. Add lubricant to the applicator and very gently apply it directly to the swollen area. Some discomfort may be experienced only for a few seconds.

How long should I leave the applicator against the affected area, during treatment?

Eight to ten minutes each time or until you feel that the applicator has reached body temperature.

How many times a day should I use the applicator?

For most cases, three to four times a day are sufficient. Severe cases may require more treatments. The more you use it, the quicker you get relief.

Would too many treatments be harmful?
